GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

Unless otherwise stated, most in-stock items ship within 48 hours. Shipping fees for each item in our shop are calculated according to the item’s dimensions and/or weight plus handling and are available on their respective item information pages.

Pattern PDF’s are available for immediate download via a download link sent to the email address associated with your PayPal account.

E-gift card coupon codes are generated individually and sent to the email address associated with your PayPal account within 24 hours of purchase.

The following is our shipping policy with regard to shipping within the U.S. and international shipping. Please choose the shipping option applicable to your shipping destination during checkout. If you choose an option that is not available for your shipping destination, your order will be cancelled and a new invoice showing the correct shipping fee will be sent to you for payment.

If, for any reason, we are unable to ship to the shipping address associated with your PayPal account or to an address you specify in your “notes to seller,” we reserve the right to cancel your order.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.

All orders are shipped Standard via USPS Priority Mail®, unless Expedited Shipping is chosen. We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders subtotaling $150.00+. Expedited Shipping via USPS Express Mail® is available on in-stock items shipping within the U.S. only and is excluded from our free shipping offer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to most international destinations via USPS Priority Mail® International. Expedited and free shipping are unavailable for international orders. International shipping fees for each item in our shop begin at $15 and are calculated according to the sizes and/or weights of items being shipped and shipping destination.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns on items in its original condition, unworn, and postmarked within 7 days of your receipt of said item. Please first email us at info@kimandmeyer.com or use our contact us page to let us know about the return and to receive your return authorization number. Your PayPal account will be credited the full value of the item being returned after our receipt of said item. We’re sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable.
