Yarn: Noro Kochoran (50% Wool, 20% Silk, 30% Angora)
I adore Noro Kochoran yarn. It’s soooooo soft and luxurious. It’s really a divine yarn, and one skein of Noro Kochoran yarn is perfect for a mistake rib scarf.
Noro Kochoran yarn and the mistake rib pattern produce one of my favorite scarves. A free knitting pattern using this recipe may be posted on this site in the near future and available as a free download, but here’s the recipe:
One skein of Noro Kochoran yarn + mistake rib pattern = this Noro Kochoran mistake rib scarf.
Other yarns, of course, look great using a mistake rib scarf pattern. I knit the following mistake rib scarf for John using Jo Sharp Silkroad Aran Tweed yarn.

Yarn: Jo Sharp Silkroad Aran Tweed
(85% Wool, 10% Silk, 5% Cashmere), Color 120 Ash
Needles: US 8
Happy Friday and weekend, everyone.
